  • Represented purchasers and sellers of U.S. financial institutions including Florida and federal commercial banks and savings and loan associations.
  • Represented foreign banks in obtaining Florida and federal approvals for agencies, administrative and representative offices.
  • Represented syndicator of 25,000,000 euro dollar loan to joint venture of Colombian and Venezuelan petro-chemical companies.
  • Counseled non-U.S. residents on establishing offshore trusts in the Bahamas and Cayman Islands.
