Our guest speaker will be Winchell Cheung.

Winchell Cheung was appointed Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Germany in July 2005. The Council is a statutory body responsible for promoting Hong Kong's external trade. In his present capacity, he oversees the Council's operation and business development in Central Europe. He joined the Council in 1990 and has represented the Council in Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Panama City and Miami. Prior to his present appointment, he headed the Council's operation in Miami and was responsible for developing the Florida as well as Central and South American markets. He was born in Hong Kong and graduated from the Monterey Institute of International Study.
